Participation in the TTC Tour Brands Affiliate Program is subject to approval, and commissions are earned based on a tiered structure. Affiliates receive commissions for Qualified Purchases tracked via personalized links, with some products such as airfare and pre/post nights being non-commissionable. Commission tiers range from 5% to 10% depending on the number of travelers booked annually. Additionally, eligible affiliates may receive discounted trips once per year, with discounts applying only to tour costs.
Affiliates must comply with FTC Endorsement Guidelines, ensuring transparency about compensation and promotional activities. They are prohibited from making deceptive claims, engaging in misleading advertising, or using TTC Tour Brands trademarks in unauthorized ways. TTC Tour Brands reserves the right to withhold commissions or terminate participation if fraudulent or non-compliant activities are detected. All commissions are subject to review, and disputes must be filed within 45 days of the transaction.
Participation in TTC Tour Brands -sponsored Affiliate Trips is subject to availability, and affiliates are responsible for their own transportation, visa requirements, and additional expenses. TTC Tour Brands may modify commission structures, program terms, and policies at any time. By joining the program, affiliates consent to receiving marketing communications, which they can opt out of at any time. Disputes are subject to arbitration under California law.
