Wondering where to go in Cambodia? Our Cambodia tours have got you covered with all the iconic highlights from the magical temples of Angkor to the exciting markets of Siem Reap Old Town.
Discover the Temples of Angkor Wat
Few travel adventures can match the first time you set eyes on the ruins of Angkor Wat. This UNESCO-listed temple complex was built around 900 years ago and your local Cambodia guide will bring it to life with all the stories and secrets of these ancient temples. If you’re a movie fan, be sure to stop by Ta Prohm temple, the place where ‘Tomb Raider’ was filmed.
Get an Insight into Khmer History
Siem Reap is filled with fascinating Khmer culture and we’ll give you a glimpse into Khmer history with a visit to Artisans d'Angkor. It’s one of the town’s best workshops, where they provide job opportunities to disadvantaged young people who specialise in traditional Khmer skills like painting, silk making and wood carving. It’s a Cambodia must see!
Explore the Markets in the Old Town of Siem Reap
Looking to explore markets full of Cambodian carvings, paintings, sculptures and fabrics? We’ll make a beeline straight to the Phsar Chas, the oldest Khmer market in Siem Reap, then the Made in Cambodia Market, where local artisans sell and chat about their wares. Whether you’re a foodie, a culture buff or an art lover, these markets are sure to inspire.

See apsara dance performance
A mixture between Cirque du Soleil and a Native American Pow Wow, the Apsara Dance performance is absolutely mesmerizing. Apsara, meaning “beautiful girls” in Khmer, was historically performed by girls who were believed to have supernatural powers. Back then these goddess-like women danced only for the royal family and today you can feel like royalty too. The show is a full-on production with captivating dancers, costumes and backdrops.

Get ready to fall in love with Cambodian food as we show you all the best places to try the classic dishes like fried crab, fish amok and beef loc lac.
Kdam chaa (fried crab)
If you’re wondering what to eat in Cambodia, you can’t go past kdam chaa, a delicious dish of stir-fried crab flavored with local Kampot pepper, garlic and chives. It’s a delicacy on the coast where crabs are caught fresh but we’ll show you where to try it all over the country.
Don’t leave Cambodia without trying fish amok! It’s the country’s signature dish and you’ll love this creamy curry of freshwater fish cooked in eggs, fish sauce, coconut milk and kroeung, a special paste made with flavors like turmeric, lemongrass and kaffir lime.
Beef loc lac
Another beloved Cambodian dish, beef loc lac is made from stir-fried strips of beef. It’s served on a bed of crispy lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers and raw onions. Don’t forget to dip it in the sauce of lime juice and Kampot pepper to really make the dish sing!

Best Time for a Cambodia Cruise on Tonle Sap Lake
The best time to explore Tonle Sap Lake is the wet seasons from June to October, when the Mekong floods and causes the Tonle Sap River to reverse its flow, making the lake grow to five times its size.
PACKING TIPS FOR CAMBODIA
HOW TO TRAVEL RESPONSIBLY IN CAMBODIA
Be Mindful of Local Customs
We know it’s tempting to get a closer look at Cambodia’s incredible archaeological history, but it’s best to help conserve it by never touching the ancient carvings and ruins.
Ask Before Snapping
You could take hundreds of photos of this photogenic country, but it’s important to never take photos of people, especially monks, without permission. Try striking up a conversation with your subject and getting to know their story first!
Take Your Rubbish With You
Cambodia has a big waste disposal problem, so it’s better to hold onto things like plastic bags, bottles and batteries and take them back home with you.
