Coach was brand new, clean, stops were well planned and sites were the best of the best. Hotels, quite satisfactory
All the Cost Saver staff were excellent. The staff in the chosen hotels in Spain refused to speak ANY English, nor did they try. No TV stations in English in Spain. Portugal was exact opposite. Majority of the hotel staff spoke English and were very welcoming. Many English speaking channels on the TV.
Itinerary was pretty good. There were a few things I could have done without, but overall a very pleasant experience. The coach was very comfortable and considering we travelled over 3000 kilometers on it, became a second home. There were a few bad hotels, but overall fairly good all around
Our tour guide Tania was great, very knowledgable about all of the cities and areas we travelled to. Vitor, our driver was fantastic, getting us everywhere we needed to be and was such a help with all of the baggage.
