We got to tuck into a feast of local delicacies as we soaked up all the stunning sights like Charles Bridge, Prague Castle and Kampa Island. Meatloaf
Sekaná pečeně (baked mincemeat), is the Czech’s delicious answer to meatloaf. It’s made from a mix of egg, soaked bread and half beef and half pork mince, with a bunch of spices like marjoram, parsley and cumin thrown in.
