Stay Secure With Costsaver

Beware of Phishing emails and text messages

Why You’re Seeing This Notice:

Scammers are sending fake e-mails, texts and WhatsApp messages pretending to be a “reservations desk” or our airline partners. They ask for last-minute payments or personal data and threaten to cancel your trip if you don’t comply. This is fraud.

How to Spot Fake Messages:

  • Subject lines with urgent threats or unrealistic promises
  • Requests for card numbers, bank transfers, account details or gift cards
  • Poor spelling / grammar or unfamiliar sender addresses
  • Links that do not point to www.costsavertour.com
  • The email is sent from a free email account (Gmail, Hotmail, AOL, etc.)

How to Recognize a Real Message From Us:

We may reach out to:

  • Share specific itinerary updates or travel requirements
  • Remind you of a payment deadline relevant to your booking
  • Remind you to complete online check-in specific to your trip
  • Send promotional offers
