While we generally don’t cover transfers in North America, Australia or New Zealand, it’s a piece of cake to get yourself to your Costsaver hotel. Just follow the airport signs to find where to hail a taxi, or use apps like Lyft or Uber. In your guest documents, we’ll give you plenty of private and public transport options so you can plan ahead. Oh, and be sure to check your trip itinerary – lots of our tours end with a travel day which includes an airport drop-off.  

North America trips: for most airports, you can purchase private sedan transfer(s) to your tour’s start and end hotel. Just contact us to add it to your booking up to 45 days before arrival. 

Is your trip to Asia, Latin America, the Eastern Mediterranean or Africa? Airport transfers are on us for all departures up to 31st December 2024! Flights must arrive and depart on the first and last days of your tour itinerary, and transfers can be arranged when you book your flights. Or, you can add your transfer(s) to your booking at a later time - simply contact us to provide your flight info no less than 21 days before your departure. In your guest documents, we’ll share details on where to meet your transfer and any important contact details.
