While no one can quite agree on whether pavlova originated in Australia or New Zealand, we do know that this unique dessert is delicious. It’s made with whipped egg whites that are baked until chewy on the outside and marshmallow-soft on the inside, and topped with everything from whipped cream to fresh berries.
