The beauty and joy of taking a guided vacation with Costsaver is that you get to meet, travel and make friends with people from all over the world.
How many people will be on my trip?
We will keep adapting to regulation changes from health authorities and local governments, and the number of guests will always follow local guidelines of the destinations we travel to. When there are no formal guidelines, standard travel group sizes will operate.
Europe tours: An average of 40 to 45 guests
United States, Canada tours: A maximum of 52 guests
Australia and New Zealand tours: A maximum of 50 guests
Asia tours: A maximum of 40 guests
Africa tours: A maximum of 40 guests
Tours will run with a number of empty seats to give space for extra physical distancing. You can rest assured that you will travel with your own personal space. Find extra peace of mind knowing that all of the experiences, hotels and restaurants you’ll see on your trip have been checked by our team to ensure they follow social distancing and hygiene guidelines.

Each Costsaver itinerary features the perfect balance of downtime and discoveries. We also always give you the chance to tailor your trip with our Choice Optional Experiences. You might choose to enjoy some of the best seats in the house at the world-famous Moulin Rouge in Paris, or maybe take a magical helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon.

Europe, North & South America, Australia & New Zealand tours
We take great pride in having the finest fleet of fuel-efficient, fully air-conditioned coaches – all with reclining seats and on-board restrooms. The coach windows have a high vantage point perfect to take in all the glorious scenery, whether it’s a grand rural landscape or urban city center. We also have on board Wi-Fi.
Africa & Asia tours:
Africa and Asia tour vehicles do not have Wi-Fi on board. On Asia tours there are no on board rest rooms.
The number of guests will always follow the local guidelines of the destinations we travel, and we will keep adapting to regulation changes from health authorities and local governments. When there are no formal guidelines, standard travel group sizes will operate.

Europe tours:
We select our hotels for their quality, amazing service and comfort, and the majority of the hotels have air-conditioning. A few select hotels in the northern Alps of Europe do not feature air conditioning due to the colder climate.
Rest of the world:
We select our hotels for their quality, amazing service and comfort, and the majority of them have air-conditioning.

Our expert teams have curated a number of Choice Optional Experiences that you can choose from to enhance your trip. How can I book my Choice Optional Experiences to tailor my trip?
Travelling with Costsaver is simple! Pre booking your Choice Optional Experiences is not necessary before you travel. This is all done on a trip directly with your Travel Director, giving you the flexibility to choose your trip enhancements when you are in destination.

What is the single traveller supplement?
If you prefer the privacy of your own room, you can opt for our single traveller supplement. The cost will depend on the trip and departure date, and can be found in the pricing section of the itinerary page. On many departures, you can enjoy single room upgrades or reduced single supplements.
What is the single traveller room share?
Europe, North & South America, Australia & New Zealand tours
If you’d rather not incur an additional expense, consider our single traveller room share option. We’ll accommodate you with a fellow guest of the same gender, on a twin-bed basis.
Asia, Africa & Eastern Mediterranean
Please note the single traveller room share option is not available on our Asia, Africa & Eastern Mediterranean tours.

We can accommodate guests who are vegetarian and can help with diabetic, gluten-free and other medically-recommended diets. Please let us know about your dietary requirements at time of booking. Unfortunately, we’re not able to supply meals in accordance with strict religious requirements.
We can’t provide salt-free, Kosher, Halal, requests for specific dietary supplements such as soya milk, and high protein or low-carb meals.
