Earthquake Central Italy: 30 October 2016
We are saddened to hear of the tragic news from Central Italy today. Our heartfelt thoughts are with the Italian people. Trafalgar can confirm that none of our guests have been impacted by this event.
We continue to monitor the situation closely. Currently all of our Italian trips are operating as scheduled. The safety of our guests is our utmost priority and we are in constant dialogue with our colleagues on the ground in the region.
Turkey Travel Update: 16 July 2016Following an attempted military coup in Turkey, our on the ground team reports that a calm is returning to the country, bridges are open and roads clear.
We had no trips in the affected areas of Istanbul or Ankara.
The Best of Turkey trip, which is currently in Pamukkale is scheduled to operate as planned. All our guests are safe and accounted for.
The safety and well-being of our guests and team is always our highest priority. We are continuing to monitor the events in Turkey closely, and remain in constant touch with our team in Turkey. We will continue to review the situation and will provide any updates on this page as necessary.
France, Nice Travel Update: 15 July 2016We are extremely saddened at the tragic event which has unfolded in Nice last night. Our thoughts are with those who have been affected.
We can confirm that no Trafalgar guests were in Nice at the time of this event.
All of our scheduled trips are currently operating as planned. However, any of our guests who are booked to travel on any trips that include Nice, within the next month, may rebook to any other upcoming 2016 departure date, or 2017 itinerary if the selected 2016 itinerary is not available.

Turkey Travel Update: 29 June 2016
Trafalgar and our local partners continue to monitor the situation in Turkey closely following the tragic events that occurred in Ataturk International Airport yesterday evening. Our thoughts are with all those that have been impacted.
We can confirm that no Trafalgar guests were in Istanbul at the time of these events.
All Trafalgar’s scheduled trips to Turkey continue to operate as scheduled. The safety and well-being of all our guests and team members is always our top priority. Trafalgar, along with our local partners on the ground will immediately modify our trips if required.
Guests who are currently booked on trips to Turkey, which depart in the next 60 days, who wish to either postpone their travel or to change it for an alternative destination, are welcome to contact their travel agent or our Trafalgar team at the contact number at the top of your screen to review various alternatives to meet your travel needs. Brexit Update: 24 June 2016
How will Brexit affect my vacation?
Until the UK officially leaves the EU, which is no sooner than in two years’ time, there will be no changes to your vacation arrangements. Travelers are as free to move between the UK and the EU as they were before the vote.

Yes. Until the UK officially leaves the EU, not sooner than two years’ time, there will be no changes to passports or visas.
I’ve booked my holiday for next year – do I need to do anything?
No. Until the UK officially leaves the EU, not sooner than two years’ time, there will be no changes to your vacation arrangements.
Which line will I go into at the airport – EU passports or all others?
The same line as you did before the vote. Until the UK officially leaves the EU, which is no sooner than two years’ time, there will no change to any passport arrangements.
Japan Update: 17 April 2016
Our thoughts are with the people of Japan following yesterday’s earthquake. Our Operations team have confirmed that all Trafalgar guests in Japan have been accounted for and are safe. There are currently no changes to itineraries. Further updates will be provided as necessary.

Brussels Travel Update: 29 March 2016
All of our scheduled trips are currently operating as scheduled. Any trips scheduled to visit Brussels up until Friday, 8 April will be re-routed to bypass the city.
Any guests scheduled to travel on trips that overnight in Brussels until Friday, 22 April, may rebook on any upcoming 2016 departure date, or 2017 if their selected 2016 itinerary is not available.
